    5 tablespoons of flaxseed oil

     

    2 teaspoons of honey

     

    Add all the ingredients to a food processor, and blend into a smooth puree. Transfer the mixture to ice-lolly mould and freeze. Enjoy as a sweet treat to bump up your omega 3 levels at any time.
